Delivery Policy

We currently deliver only within the Western Cape. Delivery fees vary based on location, and any changes in fuel prices may affect these charges. Please contact us for an accurate delivery quote. We aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Collections

Customers in the Western Cape can collect their orders directly from our store. Please contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time. Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your items. Unfortunately, we do not offer collection outside of the Western Cape at this time.

If you select the Local pickup option:

You will need to select if you are collection yourself or sending a courier yourself.

We need for you or your courier service to provide your Ref number which is indicated on your Invoice upon collection.

You will receive a Invoice once payment is confirmed and the order has been picked and packed. The invoice will be a notification that you can now come collect or send your courier service.

If the Ref nr which is on the invoice is not provided on collection we will not release the order.
